- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Procedure
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective or damaged item to initiate the return process.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund or Replacement
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within [number of days] days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the item you purchased and place a new order.
