While we do not guarantee specific delivery dates, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking details will usually be active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Please note that some shipments may not have tracking numbers available, depending on the courier.

All fees imposed during or after shipping — including tariffs, taxes, or other charges — are the responsibility of the customer.
Renewfy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Kindly keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing the claim for verification purposes.
