• Order & delivery details: billing and shipping address, city, pincode, and landmark.
• Payment information: we do not store full card or UPI details — these are processed directly by our payment gateway partners (see Section 6). We may retain a record of the transaction status, amount, and last 4 digits of a card for order history.
• Sell / Exchange details: device brand, model, serial number, condition, and photos you submit when selling or exchanging a laptop, along with your bank or UPI details for payouts.
• Communications: messages, call recordings, or chat transcripts when you contact customer support, and any information you volunteer in reviews or testimonials.
• Corporate / Vendor information: business name, GSTIN, billing address, and authorized contact details.

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages visited, time spent, links clicked, and referring website.
• Approximate location derived from IP address or, if permitted, GPS.

• Improve our Website, products, and services through analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
